A value-add proposal to this historic building within the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington DC. Once home to Harry Truman and other famous government officials, the project included increasing the rent roll by splitting legacy units while converting a cellar parking garage to residential units. Work included preserving a historic lobby interior while adding a courtyard garden, and modernizing the buildings systems and envelope.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from entitlements, design, construction, and job cost accounting.
