Originally an artists’ colony located in the heart of south beach and along Espanola Way, this historic renovation included reinventing a long discarded jewel in Miami Beach form youth hostel to a 4-star hotel in which the historic facades, casitas, and paseo walkways are re-imagined as a hotel campus of buildings with a unique array of amenities such as a pool, bars and restaurants for both guests and the local neighborhood.

Services included, re-design, construction, job cost accounting, FF&E, hotel operator coordination, and food and beverage build-out.
