Situated within the Graves End neighborhood of Brooklyn, this project took advantage of a re-zoning opportunity in replacing a parking garage and delivering the neighborhood’s first national retail presence with a Target and Marshall’s as well as local commercial office space.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from entitlements, design, construction, job cost accounting, and tenant build-out coordination.
