As a part of the historic fabric of the Meat Packing District in New York City, the project was one of the first gas station and garage in the Manhattan. The development included the repurposing of the garage to office, the street level entry to retail, as well as a rooftop addition. As an architecture of addition, a respectful balance is made between the old and new with steel windows, a faceted coreten steel penthouse, and the reinstallation of a canopy that recalls the original neighborhood.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from entitlements, design, construction, job cost accounting, and tenant build-out coordination
