As an irregular shaped retail space and basement, project included breaking the space into three distinct commercial suites while connecting the ground floor to the cellar. Supporting the long-term tenant’s planned interior layout, structural changes to the structure and sidewalk vault, as well as threading new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to service wall spaces.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from entitlements, design, construction, job cost accounting, and tenant build-out coordination.
