As a combined multifamily and hotel development, the project required two segregated uses within the same building. To establish itself within the Gulfstream district, the Architecture required a unique visual presence but simultaneously a cost-effective solution. Efficiencies in the façade, unit design, circulation and building systems were required to meet the budget constraints along with an efficient utilization of mixed amenities.

Services include oversight on the entire development project from entitlements, design, construction, job cost accounting, hotel operator selection and coordination.
